Delivery Manager (TechOps)

What you will do

• Drive predictable delivery and flow by identifying and resolving tactical and systemic blockers across multiple teams.
• Manage dependencies and high-integrity commitment management to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Coach teams on self-organization, effective collaboration, and Agile maturity using Scrum and Kanban.
• Partner with Technical Service Owners to bridge the gap between strategic discovery and tactical execution.
• Facilitate complex planning sessions, conflict resolution, and a culture of psychological safety.
• Utilize data-driven metrics to identify performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in delivery management, project management, or agile coaching within large, cross-functional organizations.
• Proven track record of supporting large-scale organizational change or product model transformations.
• Deep practical expertise in Agile and Lean principles.
• Expert-level facilitation and coaching skills across all levels, from team members to leadership.
• Knowledge of M365, Power Platform, and Workplace technical services (SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment in Hook, UK.

Nice to have

• Formal certifications such as CSM, PSM II, SAFe, SPS, or PRINCE2.
• Experience working in regulated, multi-agency, or international environments.
