What you will do

• Lead requirements gathering, validation, and documentation for complex operational initiatives.
• Develop ROI-backed business cases in collaboration with Finance to prioritize strategic initiatives.
• Act as a key liaison between Operations, IT, Finance, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment on technical solutions.
• Coordinate and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, including test case execution and defect tracking.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operational effectiveness and enhance user experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, or Montreal, Québec
• Fully bilingual proficiency in French and English is required
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, operations, or project environments.
• College diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or Finance preferred.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx.

Nice to have

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with Jira, ALM, AI, cloud-based systems, and SaaS solutions.
