What you will do

• Design, manage, and analyze research projects to deliver actionable insights to clients.
• Visualize research findings using proprietary dashboards, crosstabs, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Partner with Sales to support client acquisition and retention efforts.
• Act as the primary research partner for clients, participating in meetings and presenting deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure project objectives are met.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ontario, Canada
• Minimum 1 year of market research experience in a client-facing role.
• Strong background in quantitative research and data analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for research tasks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SPSS.
