Location: Must be based in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto (Hybrid: minimum 2 days per week in office)

Salary: $100,300 – $135,700 CAD

What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, delivering data-driven recommendations to shape growth trajectory.
• Manage analytics and reporting across Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
• Build and roll out reports, scoping system and process requirements to meet business needs.
• Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and data visualization to identify trends and operational opportunities.
• Prepare high-level presentations for board decks and Monthly/Weekly Business Reviews.
• Collaborate on GTM and territory planning to enhance overall operational excellence.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management at all levels.
• Proven ability to handle ambiguity and drive action based on incomplete information.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to align projects with company OKRs.
• Must be located in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

Nice to have

• Experience with the full data life cycle, including storage, processing, and governance.
• Proficiency in querying data sets using SQL, SAQL, or SOQL.
• Experience with Looker, CRM Analytics, or Google Sheets for building dashboards.
• Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques like regression analysis or Monte Carlo simulations.
• Advanced Excel skills and a proven ability for visual storytelling in presentations.
