What you will do

• Lead the development of company-wide strategy and oversee high-priority cross-functional projects.
• Translate high-level business goals into actionable frameworks by partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
• Diagnose and resolve structural friction and cross-functional issues to improve operating rhythms.
• Synthesize data using SQL to build performance models and trackers for early visibility.
• Develop robust ROI models to evaluate new opportunities and prioritize the strategic roadmap.
• Drive organizational adoption of new governance and explore AI tools for innovation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or marketing analytics.
• Strong data analytics and business casing skills using Google Sheets, Excel, and slide decks.
• Proven track record of influencing executive-level strategy and driving measurable company impact.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives at scale.
• Deep understanding of SaaS/Fintech operational drivers and GTM impact on profitability.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Python, Mode, Looker, or Tableau.
