What you will do

• Support client delivery teams with sprint planning, backlog refinement, and risk identification.
• Translate client business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and process designs.
• Design and document AI-driven workflows, including prompt strategies and reporting processes.
• Assist in identifying data inputs, system integration points, and exception scenarios during solution design.
• Support analytical reporting of product performance using tools such as Thoughtspot.
• Collaborate within agile delivery teams to manage priorities and dependencies.

Requirements

• Some Business Analysis experience or relevant transferable skills (internships or early career).
• Fluency in English is required.
• Curiosity about AI tools, including prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in or exposure to the insurance sector is a plus.
