What you will do

• Serve as the senior-most engineering leader for core platforms and cross-product capabilities.
• Define the technical vision and roadmap for multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP.
• Shape engineering culture, hiring processes, and talent development across all product teams.
• Collaborate with the Chief Architect to evolve system architectures and implement best practices.
• Establish processes to improve scalability, reliability, and observability while managing cloud costs.
• Foster a high-performance engineering environment focused on delivery and technical excellence.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in building application platforms or infrastructure.
• Extensive experience as a people leader managing large organizations of 30+ individuals.
• Proven track record of scaling technology organizations in growth-phase companies.
• Strong expertise in AWS and GCP multi-cloud environments.
• Must be based in the US to fulfill the requirements of this role.
• Ability to lead and align global teams around a cohesive technical strategy.

Nice to have

• Understanding of data science infrastructure, machine learning, and Generative AI.
• Experience with network and application security or enterprise security programs.
• Knowledge of team topologies and lean principles for high-efficiency engineering.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD best practices at scale.
