What you will do

• Lead the technical direction and roadmap execution for the Segmentation and Insights Platform teams.
• Manage and mentor engineers across various seniority levels, focusing on career growth and technical development.
• Drive the technical strategy for the Insights Intelligence Engine, utilizing ML and data engineering for anomaly detection.
• Oversee the design and operational health of production agentic systems and LLM-orchestrated workflows.
• Champion the adoption of AI-native development practices in coding, review, and CI/CD workflows.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and represent platforms in organization-wide planning cycles.

Requirements

• 9+ years of software engineering experience, with 4+ years in an engineering management role leading platform teams.
• Strong technical foundation in distributed data systems, backend infrastructure, or marketing/ad technology.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-quarter technical roadmaps.
• Experience managing engineers of various levels and fostering meaningful career growth.
• Fluency in data-driven engineering practices, including pipelines, observability, and operational excellence.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale audience segmentation or targeting systems.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks and orchestration tools like LangGraph, CrewAI, or Autogen.
• Experience managing production services with external SLAs and on-call rotations.
• Comfort working across engineering, data science, and analytics engineering disciplines.
