What you will do

• Lead Software Engineering within Product Development org.
• Guide teams to improve quality, development speed, and confidence.
• Partner with Product on roadmap planning, resource allocation, and feasibility tradeoffs.
• Ensure compliance with standards like SOC 2 and ISO through mature SDLC.
• Set and manage operating metrics like uptime, velocity, quality, and cost.
• Scale team with world-class talent and build career growth functions.
• Collaborate across GTM, CS, and join Senior Leadership Team to shape strategy.

Requirements

• Located in Canada with flexibility to work remotely anywhere within the country.
• Significant experience as software developer on large-scale SaaS systems.
• Experience with React, Python, GraphQL, Postgres, AWS.
• Strong knowledge of AI solutions for software development and deploying AI coding at scale.
• 5+ years in engineering leadership, managing managers, scaling teams during high growth.
• Familiarity with secure, compliant software in regulated environments.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional skills; experience supporting customer conversations and technical sales.
