Salary: $102,700 - $154,100 USD

is building a full-stack AI cloud platform designed for developers and enterprises to train and deploy AI models without the complexity of in-house infrastructure.
What you will do
- Own and execute the full employee lifecycle for the US location, including promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding for both office and data center personnel, building scalable programs.
- Lead the automation and AI agenda to eliminate manual and repetitive HR Ops work.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and integrity within the HiBob HRIS platform.
- Maintain strict compliance with employment laws and EHS safety standards (OSHA, ISO 45001) for physical infrastructure.
- Partner with HRBPs, Payroll, Legal, and People Systems to design and implement scalable technical solutions.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- 5-8 years of progressive HR Operations experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role with location ownership.
- Deep proficiency with HiBob or equivalent HRIS platforms, including workflow design and administration.
- Experience working in data center, manufacturing, or other mission-critical physical infrastructure environments.
- Proven track record of implementing automations and process improvements across the HR lifecycle.
- Full professional English fluency.
Nice to have
- Direct experience with EHS requirements, including training compliance and incident documentation.
- Familiarity with OSHA, ISO 45001, or equivalent safety standards in an HR context.
- Experience supporting HR operations in shift-based or 24/7 operational environments.
- Experience navigating union relations or works council obligations.
