What you will do

• Own and execute the full employee lifecycle for the US location, including promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding for both office and data center personnel, building scalable programs.
• Lead the automation and AI agenda to eliminate manual and repetitive HR Ops work.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and integrity within the HiBob HRIS platform.
• Maintain strict compliance with employment laws and EHS safety standards (OSHA, ISO 45001) for physical infrastructure.
• Partner with HRBPs, Payroll, Legal, and People Systems to design and implement scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• 5-8 years of progressive HR Operations experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role with location ownership.
• Deep proficiency with HiBob or equivalent HRIS platforms, including workflow design and administration.
• Experience working in data center, manufacturing, or other mission-critical physical infrastructure environments.
• Proven track record of implementing automations and process improvements across the HR lifecycle.
• Full professional English fluency.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with EHS requirements, including training compliance and incident documentation.
• Familiarity with OSHA, ISO 45001, or equivalent safety standards in an HR context.
• Experience supporting HR operations in shift-based or 24/7 operational environments.
• Experience navigating union relations or works council obligations.
