What you will do
- Define and execute mid- and long-term growth strategies for the Government Business Division to ensure growth and retention.
- Create and monitor business development plans aligned with profitability and client impact goals.
- Build deep, trust-based relationships with provincial and federal government stakeholders.
- Define the product and service roadmap for the Government Business Division based on industry needs.
- Optimize proposal approaches and responses to produce competitive and winning bid submissions.
Requirements
- University degree in business or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business development or director-level leadership in the health benefits administration industry.
- Experience in public health benefits and programs administration.
- Must be based in Canada (specifically Ontario, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, or Nova Scotia).
- Expert communication and influencing skills with strong executive presence.
- English proficiency is required; bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.

- Experience navigating Federal procurement processes.
- Digital fluency and experience using AI tools to co-create strategic solutions.
