What you will do

  • Coordinate team-wide updates and international conference logistics.
  • Manage office operations, vendor relationships, and procurement contracts.
  • Support sales meetings by arranging travel and tracking demo equipment.
  • Facilitate new starter onboarding to ensure a smooth integration.
  • Collaborate across regions to organize meetings and capture key action items.
  • Continuously improve internal processes to enhance team efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience in administrative, operations, or coordination roles.
  • Proficiency with Lexion, Coupa, or similar management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with vendors, contracts, and procurement processes.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Must be based in London, UK and comfortable with flexible hours for US West Coast collaboration.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in German or French.
  • Experience in event planning and execution.
  • Background in a regulated industry such as MedTech or Pharma.
