What you will do

• Provide full planned and reactive maintenance support across all retail stores.
• Manage maintenance tickets and work orders via the ServiceNow portal.
• Review and approve repair quotes within Opex and Capex budgets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with maintenance providers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Coordinate maintenance for the local Head Office and order furniture from global suppliers.
• Create purchase orders and approve maintenance-related invoices.

Requirements

• 2–5 years’ experience in retail maintenance.
• Proficiency in database systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Practical problem-solving skills and a cost-conscious approach to efficiency.
