Salary: up to $200,000 base salary

What you will do
- Build and maintain trusted relationships across customer organizations, from practitioner teams to CISOs and executive sponsors.
- Lead business-focused onboarding, including success planning, stakeholder alignment, and value delivery milestones.
- Facilitate executive business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and escalation conversations.
- Partner with sales counterparts to identify expansion opportunities and mitigate renewal risks.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence product roadmaps and engineering priorities.
- Coordinate with Technical Support and Engineering as the business-facing lead for account escalations.
Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles, with a strong preference for financial services.
- Proven ability to connect security outcomes to measurable business value and navigate organizational complexity.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance drivers such as SOC 2, FedRAMP, and PCI DSS.
- Working knowledge of software supply chain security, DevSecOps, container security, or vulnerability management.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience managing strategic accounts at a cybersecurity or infrastructure software company.
- Experience supporting banks, asset managers, insurers, or fintechs.
- Previous early-stage startup experience.
