Salary: Base pay $101,025 – $123,475; Target earning potential $176,025 – $198,475 annually.

What you will do
- Promote Tandem Diabetes products and services within the assigned North Seattle territory.
- Establish and develop business relationships with healthcare professionals including MDs, DOs, RNs, and CDEs.
- Execute strategic territory plans to drive business growth and accelerate revenue.
- Provide product education and ongoing technical support to providers, patients, and clinical educators.
- Maintain accurate CRM tracking and reporting to keep the territory organized.
- Collaborate with internal teams and Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialists to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of industry sales experience, preferably in diabetes, endocrinology, or insulin infusion pumps.
- Ability to travel up to 80% within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and a good driving record.
- Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
