Location: Hybrid in Somerville, MA (in-office 3+ days/per week)
Salary: $95,000 - $140,000 (Base), OTE $190,000 - $280,000

What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and pipeline building to closing and expansion.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles to build executive alignment and create internal champions.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Channel Partners, and Customer Success to optimize resource allocation for deals.
- Deliver compelling platform presentations to audiences ranging from operations leaders to C-suite executives.
- Maintain precise sales forecasting and a consistent operating cadence.
- Act as the market voice, sharing customer insights with Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
Requirements
- 12+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record in Medical Device and Diagnostics.
- Experience selling into manufacturing environments and working knowledge of MES.
- Ability to navigate regulatory complexity, including 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Must be based in or able to work from Somerville, MA to support the hybrid office requirement.
