What you will do
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with physicians and groups serving specialty populations in the assigned territory.
- Enroll eligible patients and their families into the app-based care model.
- Execute strategic initiatives, coordinate events, and handle day-to-day operational needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for providers and community organizations.
- Identify engagement opportunities by analyzing data from Tableau to share with PCPs.
- Mentor and support new and associate-level team members.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in sales, direct marketing, or market development in a medical or healthcare field.
- Must be based in Baton Rouge, LA with access to reliable transportation for travel (up to 75% of the time).
- Comfort with scientific terminology and the ability to navigate medical environments like hospitals and pharmacies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with various provider types (Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners).
Nice to have
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Experience in pediatrics.
