Salary: $75,000 - $90,000

What you will do

  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with physicians and groups serving specialty populations in the assigned territory.
  • Enroll eligible patients and their families into the app-based care model.
  • Execute strategic initiatives, coordinate events, and handle day-to-day operational needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for providers and community organizations.
  • Identify engagement opportunities by analyzing data from Tableau to share with PCPs.
  • Mentor and support new and associate-level team members.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sales, direct marketing, or market development in a medical or healthcare field.
  • Must be based in Baton Rouge, LA with access to reliable transportation for travel (up to 75% of the time).
  • Comfort with scientific terminology and the ability to navigate medical environments like hospitals and pharmacies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with various provider types (Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners).

Nice to have

  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Experience in pediatrics.
