Territory Manager (Medtech)

Salary: $75,000–$90,000

What you will do

• Implement strategic selling initiatives to drive sales growth within the designated territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct customer needs assessments and develop tailored clinical solutions.
• Manage tenders, contracts, and compliance documentation.
• Provide ongoing education, in-service training, and product demonstrations to clinicians.
• Analyze market and sales data to identify new opportunities and prepare business forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2-5 years of related sales experience.
• Must be based in the US.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory (30%–50%), including overnight stays.

Nice to have

• Experience selling products and services to both private and public sectors.
• Experience working with distributors and retailers.
• Domain expertise in continence, critical care, ostomy, or wound care fields.
