Salary: $75K – $95K + Equity

What you will do

  • Conduct technical reviews of claim files to evaluate documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Analyze state-specific claims handling requirements and document their impact on operations.
  • Identify compliance trends and translate findings into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Develop and refine audit tools, reporting processes, and review standards.
  • Collaborate with Training, Legal, and Automation teams to improve claims handling practices.
  • Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on regulatory changes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of claims compliance or 5+ years of claims experience.
  • Deep understanding of homeowners policies and the insurance industry's regulatory landscape.
  • Ability to identify systemic trends and emerging risks across claim files.
  • Experience using data and trend analysis to optimize workflows.
  • Must be able to live and work full-time in one of the 40 specified US states.
