What you will do
- Conduct technical reviews of claim files to evaluate documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Analyze state-specific claims handling requirements and document their impact on operations.
- Identify compliance trends and translate findings into actionable insights for leadership.
- Develop and refine audit tools, reporting processes, and review standards.
- Collaborate with Training, Legal, and Automation teams to improve claims handling practices.
- Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on regulatory changes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of claims compliance or 5+ years of claims experience.
- Deep understanding of homeowners policies and the insurance industry's regulatory landscape.
- Ability to identify systemic trends and emerging risks across claim files.
- Experience using data and trend analysis to optimize workflows.
- Must be able to live and work full-time in one of the 40 specified US states.
