A technology and services company dedicated to improving the delivery of non-emergency medical transportation for Medicare and Medicaid programs across America.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement scalable enterprise compliance programs and operational controls.
  • Lead client, government, and internal audits, specifically focusing on Medicaid and Medicare Advantage.
  • Provide legal guidance on healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and state/federal requirements.
  • Manage corrective action plans (CAPs) from intake through resolution and conduct risk assessments.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Security, and HR teams to embed compliance into daily operations.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and an active bar license in good standing.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare law, compliance, or a related regulatory role.
  • Working knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and HIPAA regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience supporting audits, investigations, and corrective action plans.

Nice to have

  • Experience building or scaling healthcare compliance programs.
  • Familiarity with delegated oversight or vendor compliance programs.
  • Experience in NEMT, managed care, or digital health organizations.
