What you will do

• Own entity compliance across the US and Canada, handling reports and state requests.
• Monitor intellectual property, draft cease-and-desist workflows, and protect the brand.
• Investigate consumer escalations, propose strategic solutions, and lead compliance training.
• Review product and processes for compliance, partnering with Engineering and Product teams to implement improvements.
• Lead compliance audits across operations, monitoring key risk areas.
• Automate manual legal tasks using AI and low-code tools to create scalable workflows.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree from an academically rigorous program with demonstrated high performance.
• A proven track record of extreme resourcefulness and a driver mindset.
• An interest in using AI/technology to optimize workflows.
• Impeccable attention to detail and a "zero-error" mentality for regulatory filings and compliance audits.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and operating with a deep sense of urgency in high-performance environments.
