Salary: $88,000 - $140,000 per year

What you will do

• Review and challenge internal responses to consumer complaints regarding credit reporting, disputes, bankruptcy, fair lending, and UDAAP.
• Analyze customer complaints to identify root causes and trends for product and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address compliance concerns and escalate to senior management.
• Assist with metrics reporting and provide input on process improvements.
• Support key compliance and risk management projects.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in Compliance, Enterprise/Operational Risk, or Audit within financial services, Fintech, or a regulatory agency.
• Strong project management, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
