What you will do

• Lead product strategy, planning, and execution for AID systems and platforms across the full lifecycle.
• Define and communicate multi-year product visions, strategies, and roadmaps aligned with company objectives.
• Translate market, customer, and business requirements into clear product specifications and release plans.
• Drive upstream product discovery, including business cases, VOC collection, and opportunity sizing.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care on go-to-market execution and positioning.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and synthesize market trends into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product development, or product planning.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Del Mar, California.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial products in the regulated medical device sector.
• Experience delivering integrated systems involving both hardware and software components.
• Strong understanding of clinical and regulatory processes and HIPAA compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Economics, Mathematics, or similar).

Nice to have

• Experience specifically within the diabetes industry.
• Degrees in engineering, information technology, data sciences, or health sciences.
• Master’s degree or an MBA.
