What you will do
- Lead product strategy, planning, and execution for AID systems and platforms across the full lifecycle.
- Define and communicate multi-year product visions, strategies, and roadmaps aligned with company objectives.
- Translate market, customer, and business requirements into clear product specifications and release plans.
- Drive upstream product discovery, including business cases, VOC collection, and opportunity sizing.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care on go-to-market execution and positioning.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and synthesize market trends into actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product development, or product planning.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Del Mar, California.
- Proven track record of delivering commercial products in the regulated medical device sector.
- Experience delivering integrated systems involving both hardware and software components.
- Strong understanding of clinical and regulatory processes and HIPAA compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Economics, Mathematics, or similar).
Nice to have
- Experience specifically within the diabetes industry.
- Degrees in engineering, information technology, data sciences, or health sciences.
- Master’s degree or an MBA.
