TL;DR
Portfolio Manager (Medtech): Managing the lifecycle of the high power defibrillation solutions portfolio with an accent on strategic phase-outs and demand planning. Focus on optimizing product portfolios, developing business cases for product transitions, and coordinating new product launches.
Location: Onsite in Minneapolis, MN (minimum 4 days a week onsite). Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
Salary: $103,200 - $154,800

What you will do
- Develop and execute a two-year lifecycle management plan for the high power portfolio.
- Identify product phase-out opportunities and analyze the competitive landscape and physician impact.
- Lead the Portfolio Management Review (PMR) operating mechanism as part of the Integrated Business Planning process.
- Manage accurate and timely demand planning for product introductions and phase-outs.
- Collaborate with regional partners on pricing modeling and communication strategies.
- Partner with Operations to ensure seamless transitions and reduce potential scrap and obsolescence.
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree and minimum 4 years of experience in operations, marketing, or relevant field (or advanced degree with 2+ years).
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Previous commercial marketing experience.
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization; sponsorship (H-1B, TN, J, etc.) is not available for this level.
Nice to have
- MBA or other advanced degree.
- Project planning and/or process management experience.
- Strong analytical and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to lead meetings with executive leadership to drive decision making.
