Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead prospect-facing engagements to identify and quantify business value and key outcomes.
• Develop and maintain value models, engagement tools, and sales collateral.
• Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and Retention teams to track goals and minimize churn.
• Create and deliver executive-level presentations for VPs and CxOs.
• Conduct industry research to quantify the impact of hirify.global solutions on customer challenges.
• Collaborate to publish validated customer outcomes and build a library of value-creation case studies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in value consulting, IT leadership, analytics, finance, or pre-sales.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven executive presence and confidence in handling objections.
• Strong quantitative analysis and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with Claude (CoWork, Code) or similar AI tooling.
• Ability to create compelling business cases through storytelling and visual design.

Nice to have

• Experience with on-prem or cloud file/content management and collaboration solutions.
• Knowledge of capital and operating costs for IT services departments.
