What you will do

• Lead the strategy, architecture, and evolution of People operations, technology, and analytics.
• Design end-to-end workflows for hiring, HRIS management, and the employee lifecycle to ensure scalability.
• Manage PEO and EOR partnerships, overseeing payroll and benefits execution while ensuring vendor accountability.
• Own the HR compliance posture, ensuring audit-readiness and policy alignment.
• Drive the roadmap for the HR tech stack, including integrations, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Manage and develop a high-performing People Ops team while fostering a culture of efficiency and integrity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of HR/People Operations experience, including demonstrated leadership of a team or function.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record of embedding automation and AI into People lifecycle work.
• Hands-on experience owning and optimizing modern HRIS platforms like Workday or Rippling.
• Deep knowledge of employment law and HR compliance across multiple states.
• Experience managing PEO relationships and Global EORs.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex operational topics for any audience.
