What you will do

• Prepare, apply, and repair paper machine roll covers.
• Perform machine setup and calibration.
• Operate ovens and manage the draining and filling of tanks and vessels.
• Patch poly covers both in-plant and at customer facilities.
• Clean and maintain machinery using solvents and ensure proper waste disposal.

Requirements

• High school education.
• 3-5 years of previous manufacturing experience.
• Must be based in or able to work at the Neenah, WI location.
• Willingness to undergo a background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen.
