What you will do

• Manage capital procurement projects for manufacturing line installations and updates.
• Apply engineering principles to develop design options and recommendations for systems and components.
• Conduct feasibility studies and determine cost estimates for engineering projects.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities using Lean methodologies.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and management teams to solve technical issues.
• Provide fundamental engineering leadership and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Engineering or technical degree from an accredited program.
• 2-5 years of professional engineering experience in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and their application in manufacturing.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate at all levels.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

• Experience with database management and SQL queries.
• Prior experience in project management for industrial assignments.
