TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Automotive): Driving top-of-funnel growth by engaging U.S.-based dealership customers and creating new business opportunities with an accent on high-volume outbound outreach and pipeline building. Focus on identifying key decision-makers, qualifying new logo opportunities, and positioning GoldStar's value within the automotive ecosystem.

Location: Must be based at the Mexico City office

What you will do

  • Prospect and engage net-new dealer accounts to generate new business opportunities.
  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach via calls, emails, and sequences to build pipeline.
  • Identify key decision-makers and lead discovery conversations to qualify new logo opportunities.
  • Create and convert Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs) for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and manage pipeline progression.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align on campaigns and target accounts.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B outbound sales, SDR roles, or contact center sales environments.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and quotas.
  • Understanding of sales cycles, qualification frameworks, and objection handling.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Must be based in Mexico City.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience in automotive, dealership, or related industries, specifically in competitive displacement sales.
  • Proficiency in French or additional languages.
