Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $160,000 - $230,000 per year

What you will do

  • Draft, negotiate, and review complex global commercial and strategic partnership agreements.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to cross-functional teams including sales, product, finance, and risk.
  • Lead initiatives to improve internal legal processes for better efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage legal issues within existing domestic and international commercial relationships.
  • Develop and refine templates for revenue-generating commercial agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners globally to align legal strategy with GTM efforts.

Requirements

  • JD from an accredited school and active bar membership in at least one US state.
  • 5+ years of experience in complex commercial drafting and negotiation, preferably for revenue-generating contracts.
  • Experience drafting data privacy terms, including CCPA, GLBA, and GDPR.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent deals under tight deadlines.
  • Strong judgment and ability to make pragmatic, business-focused decisions in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal and external legal teams.
