Salary: $145,000 - $165,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as lead attorney for commercial matters supporting business teams and game initiatives.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements including adtech, data processing, AI/SaaS, and marketing contracts.
• Partner with IT, Product, and Finance teams to structure deals that balance speed and risk.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve contract review and legal workflows.
• Collaborate with global legal teammates on privacy, IP, and consumer-facing features.
• Develop playbooks and templates to drive consistency and predictable risk management.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of legal experience with a focus on complex commercial transactions.
• Law degree and qualification to practice law in California.
• Experience in AdTech, Privacy, technology, gaming, or SaaS-driven businesses.
• Proven ability to operate independently as a senior legal advisor.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools or legal technology in workflows.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Culver City, CA.
