Salary: $120,000 - $145,000 a year

What you will do

• Negotiate, draft, and review commercial AI SaaS agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and security terms.
• Collaborate with sales and business teams to identify needs and determine the best approach for customer contracts.
• Ensure contract terms align with obligations under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, UK privacy law, and the EU AI Act.
• Partner with Revenue Operations and Deal Desk to resolve bottlenecks and accelerate time-to-close.
• Identify and implement improvements to contract workflows, templates, and playbooks.
• Support legal team projects, including negotiating vendor and partner agreements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of legal experience, with 1-2 years focused on commercial SaaS agreements.
• Direct experience negotiating customer-facing MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and Order Forms.
• Working knowledge of data privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA).
• Active member of the bar in at least one state in the United States.
• J.D. or equivalent degree from an accredited law school.
• Proficiency with Ironclad, Salesforce, Docusign, and advanced MS Word.
