What you will do
- Own Content Operations, including modular content practices, governance strategy, and platform consolidation.
- Lead content hygiene efforts such as de-duplication, archival, and quality checks to maintain system integrity.
- Manage metadata strategy and taxonomy standards to improve content findability and reuse.
- Serve as the business owner for CMS and DAM platforms, overseeing administration and configuration.
- Design and optimize end-to-end workflows from intake through publishing, localization, and retirement.
- Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs for content requests, publishing turnaround, and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in content distribution, digital asset management, or marketing operations.
- Hands-on experience administering enterprise-scale CMS and/or DAM platforms.
- Expertise in metadata strategy, taxonomy design, and modular content implementation.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- No sponsorship available for employment visas, including CPT/OPT.
