TL;DR

Global Regulatory Infrastructure Platform that builds compliance engines for complex regulatory environments in government, construction, supply chain, disability care, and payroll assurance. On track to 5x ARR, well-funded, operating across six geographies.

What you will do

  • Own pipeline generation through demand programs including outbound, content, paid experiments, events, webinars, and ABM.
  • Drive product marketing: messaging, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, pricing across verticals like nuclear licensing, labor compliance, permitting.
  • Build and own Labrynth narrative, category positioning, Red Tape Index for earned media and inbound demand.
  • Run content engine with founder bylines, technical content, case studies, original research.
  • Manage website, brand standards, design systems, voice, visual identity.
  • Lead earned media, analyst relations, growth narrative with market sizing and traction storytelling.
  • Directly manage one junior marketer and scale the function.

Requirements

  • 5+ years building B2B marketing functions in regulated industries (energy, nuclear, infrastructure, govtech, compliance), 3+ years in senior/leadership role at seed/Series A startup
  • Built marketing function from scratch with proven results.
  • Player-coach: personally executed bylines, campaigns, reporter briefings, launches.
  • Strong product marketing for complex technical products across buyer segments.
  • Demand gen track record with specific pipeline numbers.
  • Earned media relationships in govtech, regtech, energy, infrastructure.
  • Exceptional writer for narratives, one-pagers, emails.
  • Advanced with Claude, HubSpot, LinkedIn, modern martech tools.

  • Experience in AI-related regulated spaces.
