Salary: R$16,000 - R$20,000 per month

What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for strategic and senior-level roles across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
- Build proactive sourcing strategies to strengthen passive talent pipelines for priority functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define strategies and drive efficient, structured hiring processes.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including LinkedIn Life Pages and talent engagement.
- Drive inclusive hiring through structured interviewing and DEI-focused sourcing.
- Optimize recruiting metrics and adopt AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting for senior-level roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Experience recruiting for software engineering, product, revenue, and executive roles.
- Ability to execute proactive sourcing strategies for passive candidates in competitive markets.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) are required.
- Experience with AI tools and recruiting technologies.
- Must be based in Brazil under a CLT contract.

- Experience with talent market mapping and competitive intelligence research.
- Hands-on experience using Greenhouse Recruiting.
