What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles up to G7 level.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to define hiring strategies and evaluation criteria.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics using Power BI and Tableau to identify bottlenecks and optimize the TA function.
  • Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to optimize job descriptions, candidate ranking, and sourcing.
  • Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with labor laws within the Greenhouse ATS.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within high-demand, fast-paced global companies or startups.
  • Must be based in Brazil.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau).
  • Fluent English is mandatory for collaboration with global teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse.
