Location: Must be living in Spain and hold a valid Spanish work permit

Salary: Gross annual salary 29,400 – 36,000 EUR (Total compensation up to 40,700 EUR including VSOP)

What you will do

• Own the full recruiting cycle for tech roles, from ATS setup in Greenhouse to conducting interviews and making offers.
• Design role-specific recruiting funnels and proactively source talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and other networks.
• Ensure a smooth, respectful, and engaging experience for every candidate throughout the process.
• Act as a trusted partner to key stakeholders, specifically the Director of Tech, to align pipelines.
• Contribute to the People Team's initiatives and share expertise in team-wide recruiting projects.

Requirements

• Proven end-to-end expertise in Tech hiring and navigating every stage of the recruitment process.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally Greenhouse.
• Hands-on experience in active sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Fluent English (C1 level) for speaking and writing in an international team.
• Must be based in Spain with a valid work permit.
