What you will do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles up to G7 level.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to define hiring strategies and evaluation criteria.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics using Power BI and Tableau to identify bottlenecks and optimize the TA function.
  • Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with global labor laws within the Greenhouse ATS.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and belonging by proactively sourcing from underrepresented groups.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within fast-paced environments (startups or global companies).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau for funnel analysis.
  • High familiarity with AI tools to optimize daily TA tasks like job drafting and candidate ranking.
  • Fluent English is mandatory for collaboration with global stakeholders.
  • Must be based in Brazil.
