What you will do

  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize the hiring funnel.
  • Partner with marketing and leadership to enhance the company's employer branding.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in full-cycle talent attraction and selection, including closing senior-level roles.
  • Expertise in online candidate sourcing using global platforms and recruitment tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage recruitment metrics for decision-making.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools for automation and process optimization in HR activities.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must.
