What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles up to G7 level.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to define hiring strategies and evaluation criteria.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
- Analyze recruitment metrics using Power BI and Tableau to identify bottlenecks and optimize TA efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with global labor laws and maintain data accuracy within the Greenhouse ATS.
- Promote diversity, equity, and belonging by sourcing from underrepresented groups.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within fast-paced environments, startups, or global companies.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience using AI tools to optimize TA tasks like drafting job descriptions and candidate ranking.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, with a strong preference for Greenhouse.
- Fluent English is mandatory for collaboration with global stakeholders.
- Must be based in Brazil.
