Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 + Annual bonus incentive

What you will do

• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including enterprise SaaS subscriptions, software licenses, MSAs, SOWs, and partner agreements.
• Lead negotiations for customer-facing agreements and manage vendor technology procurement.
• Build and continuously improve contract templates, fallback provisions, and legal playbooks.
• Advise on data privacy and security issues, including CCPA/CPRA and GDPR, and manage DPAs and SCCs.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and InfoSec teams to align on risk and drive deals to close.
• Monitor emerging AI regulations and their impact on products, data use, and commercial terms.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• 5+ years of experience as a commercial or technology transactions attorney with significant SaaS or software licensing experience.
• Strong working knowledge of CCPA/CPRA and GDPR in the context of commercial contracting.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams to close high-value deals under tight timelines.
• Ability to operate independently and manage a high volume of legal matters.
