Salary: $145,000 – $175,000 base + 15% bonus

What you will do

• Draft and negotiate customer-facing SaaS, cloud, software licensing, and services agreements.
• Serve as the primary legal partner for the Americas Sales organization, providing guidance on commercial transactions and escalations.
• Negotiate DPAs, Standard Contractual Clauses, and privacy addenda across various jurisdictions.
• Advise on legal issues connected to AI-enabled functionality, data usage, personalization, and emerging technology.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Security teams on feature releases and product privacy reviews.
• Maintain and evolve contract templates, playbooks, and internal legal guidance.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited US law school and active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant in-house legal experience.
• Strong experience negotiating SaaS, cloud, and technology agreements.
• Deep working knowledge of GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and data transfer terms.
• Ability to translate complex legal issues into practical business solutions for senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience at a martech, adtech, or AI-specific software company.
• Understanding of APIs, cloud infrastructure, and AI systems architecture.
• Experience with IP matters, open source, or security incident response support.
• Experience supporting cross-border transactions across US, UK, EU, and APAC.
