What you will do

• Lead the strategy and global growth of Fortnite's social media ecosystem across all major platforms.
• Partner with executive leadership to translate company priorities into breakthrough social storytelling.
• Drive innovation in content formats and champion a culture of experimentation with creator partnerships and live content.
• Integrate data and analytics into creative decision-making to ensure engagement efforts are impactful and measurable.
• Collaborate with paid media, influencer, and communications teams to orchestrate cohesive campaign ecosystems.
• Oversee brand voice governance, tone, and consistency across all game modes and global regions.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in social media or digital content.
• 3-5 years of experience managing large-scale global programs.
• Background in the gaming industry (Live Service Games) or adjacent tech/entertainment sectors.
• Proven track record of executing global social strategies for major consumer brands.
• Proficiency with social management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Emplifi, Radarly, ListenFirst).
• Must be based in the US (CA, NYC, or WA).
