What you will do

• Lead the strategy and evolution of the global benefits portfolio to ensure competitiveness and scalability.
• Develop the benefits philosophy to support attraction, retention, and inclusion for a diverse global workforce.
• Oversee core programs including health, welfare, retirement, disability, and wellbeing.
• Manage budget planning, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis for leadership.
• Manage global renewals, enrollment strategies, and maintain strong vendor and broker relationships.
• Ensure legal compliance across all operational regions.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading global benefits programs and strategy.
• Deep knowledge of global benefits laws and regulations, including ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, and PFL.
• Experience managing benefits across multiple countries and regions.
• Strong financial and analytical skills for budget and funding model evaluation.
• Experience leading and coaching professional teams.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology, gaming, or entertainment industries.
• Practical fluency with AI, automation, and HR technology such as Workday.
