What you will do

• Architect and evolve a best-in-class recruiting technology ecosystem including ATS, CRM, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Define and embed AI across the hiring lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to final decision making.
• Build a modern talent intelligence function to drive global workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
• Design and operationalize scalable global recruiting processes to elevate interview quality and candidate experience.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Talent Operations function to support the company's next growth stages.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience across Talent Acquisition, Talent Operations, or People Operations.
• 7+ years of experience leading Talent Operations or Recruiting Operations teams.
• Proven experience scaling talent infrastructure in high-growth technology companies.
• Experience supporting organizations through hypergrowth, late-stage scale, or IPO readiness.
• Deep fluency in recruiting technologies, data, and analytics.
• Based in one of the specified US hubs (Austin, Chicago, NYC, SLC, SF).
