Salary: $110,000–$150,000 + variable commission

What you will do
- Build and manage a pipeline of net-new enterprise opportunities within the Federal sector.
- Lead deep discovery conversations and navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees.
- Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes like productivity gains and risk mitigation.
- Orchestrate multi-threaded deal cycles in partnership with Sales Engineering.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful implementations and account expansion.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of closing enterprise-level deals.
- Demonstrated experience selling into Federal government agencies.
- Solid understanding of federal contract vehicles and agency procurement processes.
- Ability to translate technical value for stakeholders including security, legal, and procurement.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, cloud platforms, and open-source ecosystems.
- Must be located in Washington DC, Virginia, or Maryland with willingness to travel within the territory.
Nice to have
- Experience selling developer tools, data platforms, or AI products.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or Challenger sales methodologies.
- Background in high-growth startup or scaling environments.
