Location: Office-based in São Paulo, Brazil (Vila Olímpia) or Barcelona, Spain. Must be available in the office 5 days per week.

What you will do

• Identify and recruit new global and LATAM partners across FMCG, QSR, fashion, luxury, and automotive sectors.
• Develop tailored commercial and financial proposals in collaboration with development studios and marketing teams.
• Negotiate financial and legal terms for high-stakes, six-figure partnerships.
• Execute 360° activations including in-game product placement, digital campaigns, PR, and events.
• Monitor industry trends and report key results to top management to achieve revenue goals.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a commercial or business development role within an entertainment company or agency.
• Fluent English proficiency and experience in international negotiations.
• Must be based in or available to work full-time onsite in São Paulo or Barcelona.
• Deep passion for and comprehensive knowledge of the video gaming industry.
• Proven track record of negotiating and managing high-value (six-figure) deals.
