What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end public procurement process (licitaciones) across all levels of Spanish public administration.
- Build and execute a structured new business pipeline targeting public sector institutions.
- Implement CRM discipline, forecasting cadences, and quarterly targets to drive new ARR.
- Introduce structured account management to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.
- Lead annual pricing reviews and contribute to the broader commercialization and productization strategy.
- Recruit and develop a commercial team of BDMs and account managers as the business scales.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2G technology sales experience in Spain with a track record of winning public sector contracts.
- Expert-level knowledge of the Spanish public procurement lifecycle and the Ley de Contratos del Sector Público (LCSP).
- Strong existing network within Spanish public administration.
- Experience building or structuring a commercial function from the ground up.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Madrid, with availability for regular travel around Spain.
