What you will do
- Co-create and execute a local sales strategy aligned with the global vision.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to build a pipeline of potential clients.
- Build meaningful partnerships to drive cross-selling, upselling, and balanced distribution.
- Analyze market trends and competitor moves to identify new commercial opportunities.
- Expand and maintain a strong network within the business, education, and leisure sectors.
- Track sales performance and ensure KPIs are consistently met.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in a commercial role.
- Strong knowledge of and an established network in the Iberia region hospitality industry.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Legal authorization to work in Spain.
- Proven skills in problem analysis and decisive decision-making.
