Staff DevOps Engineer, Delivery Loop

What you will do

• Define and drive the end-to-end deployment strategy, from CI pipelines through production rollout.
• Own and evolve the GitOps-based deployment platform using tools such as ArgoCD and Argo Rollouts.
• Design progressive delivery mechanisms, including canary releases, blue/green deployments, feature flags, and automated rollback.
• Set technical direction across teams and improve developer velocity, system reliability, and scalability.
• Build internal tooling for testing and deployment workflows while strengthening observability and monitoring.
• Mentor engineers and influence architecture through technical leadership, design reviews, and cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, site reliability, or infrastructure engineering.
• Business-level English fluency is required for reading, writing, and speaking.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, GitOps workflows, ArgoCD, and Argo Rollouts.
• Experience scaling CI/CD systems and implementing progressive delivery techniques.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Docker, distributed systems, infrastructure as code, and automation, including Terraform or Pulumi.
