TL;DR

Staff Software Engineer, Developer Productivity (DevOps): Defining and driving the end-to-end deployment strategy and GitOps-based platforms to enable engineering velocity at scale with an accent on reliability and developer experience. Focus on reducing cycle time, implementing progressive delivery mechanisms, and building internal tooling for high-reliability deployments.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Argentina)

What you will do

  • Define and drive the end-to-end deployment strategy from CI pipelines to production rollout.
  • Own and evolve the GitOps-based deployment platform using tools like ArgoCD and Argo Rollouts.
  • Design and implement progressive delivery mechanisms including canary, blue/green, feature flags, and automated rollbacks.
  • Set technical direction across teams to improve developer velocity and system reliability.
  • Build and evolve internal tooling to optimize testing and deployment workflows.
  • Mentor engineers and influence the organization through technical leadership and design reviews.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
  • Deep expertise in Kubernetes, GitOps workflows, AWS, and Docker.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure as code using Pulumi or Terraform.
  • Business-level fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Must be based in Argentina.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience.
